How to dress smart
It's common knowledge that choosing a matching outfit for work on a Monday morning and choosing a perfect outfit for TGIF dinner party can be really frustrating notwithstanding the wardrobe full of clothes. I'm here to give us an insight on how to dress properly and look smart without much stress, so I picked out these following steps to make this "ordeal" easier and if you follow up these steps carefully.you will find out picking a matching outfit is not so stressful after all.
STEP 1: KNOW THE OCCASION
It's very important to understand the particular event you are dressing up for. I mean you wouldn't wear a fancy colorful flare gown with a straw hat and sunglasses or a Hawaiian shirt with baggy shorts and flip-flops for a banking job interview! so you have to first know what the event is all about and then know how you are expected to appear before you decide on what to wear. you have to ask yourself some questions like; is it a casual event or an official event? is there a colour code? should I dress fancy or cooperate? e.t.c. when you ascertain the occasion and sure of how you should appear, then we move over to step 2.

STEP 2: MATCHING CONCEPT
Here we concentrate on how to match your outfit to look smart and chic. Let's say for instance you're a young man going for a job interview, your looks and dressing go a long way to speak volumes of your personality. The best dressing here is cooperate of course since it's an official event. Now there's a difference between looking classy and looking expensive, you must not really wear expensive clothes to look classy, it's not really about what you wear but more about how you wear them. If you have a designer 3 piece suit with a matching Gucci shoe to go with it,beautiful! if you don't, you can make due with what you have and still look good. now back to the interview dressing, as a gentleman, the colour of your belt should go together with the colour of your shoes and tie. If you are putting on a suit, then it's best to fold a piece of napkin, the same color of your shirt and put it in your suit pocket. Likewise if you are a lady going for the same official event, it's better for your handbag and shoes to have a matching colour, do your make up well park your hair neatly and you are good to go!
